Affinity Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join our growing Affinity Investment Services (AIS) team to cover theFlemington, Denville and New Providence, NJ territories.
As an Affinity Financial Advisor, you will have the opportunity to build and grow your practice while serving an established membership base and working within a trusted financial institution.

Three Affinity locations — Flemington, Denville (located within St. Clare's Hospital), and New Providence.
Client Relationship & Financial Planning- Interview and advise Affinity members regarding investment and insurance products and services.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of each client's financial picture, including assets, liabilities, existing insured and uninsured products, needs and financial objectives.
- Provide suitable investment and insurance recommendations consistent with client needs and objectives.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through ongoing communication, service and financial education.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Affinity branch, Member Service Center (MSC), CUMAnet employees and external referral sources.
- Nurture, coach and recognize referral partners to create a consistent pipeline of qualified client opportunities.
- Participate in an integrated marketing program including branch training, relationship development, telephone solicitation, individual and group presentations, direct mail, email campaigns, follow-up calls and other prospecting activities.
- Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand the Affinity Investment Services client base.
- Cross-refer clients and members to appropriate Affinity products and services.
- Open customer accounts, initiate and confirm customer orders, maintain customer files and records, and prepare required reports.
- Maintain full compliance with Affinity Investment Services and LPL Financial policies and procedures.
- Maintain required sales logs and compliance documentation.
- Act as a registered representative and licensed insurance agent through LPL Financial.
- Perform all duties in accordance with Affinity Investment Services and LPL Financial policies and procedures.
