Part-time Recreation Director to oversee year-round municipal recreation programs, summer camps, community events, and facility/field scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

• execute diverse community activities and seasonal programming;
• supervise department staff and seasonal employees;
• manage the department budget, facility usage, and online registration systems;
• coordinate setup and facility maintenance with Public Works;
• attend Recreation Commission and Council meetings as required.

Prior experience in recreation programming, event management, or municipal administration required. Bachelor’s degree in Parks & Rec, Public Administration, or related field preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills a plus.
