Ulta Beauty - - Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional guest service by acknowledging all Ulta Beauty guests in the salon, haircare, and skincare areas and offering friendly, prompt, and courteous service;
Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events;
Answer salon phone calls, address and resolve guest concerns, manage the services booking system, guest records and salon traffic flow;
Inform guests of current promotions and events and invite them to try services with knowledgeable product/service recommendations;
Maintain prompt, regular attendance
