Licensed Hair Stylist – Let Your Talent Pay Off

We are seeking licensed hair stylists to join the Hair Cuttery team. Stylists are the core of our salons; we provide tools, technology, and training to help you grow your income and career.

Commission-based earnings: up to 75% commission on services and retail, with performance-based pay. Top stylists earning $45–$88+ per hour (plus tips). $100,000+ per year is achievable.

Rate: minimum $15.49 per hour to $88 per hour depending on experience and performance.

• Provide high-quality haircuts, fades, coloring, and consultations.
• Build and maintain a repeat client base.
• Sell retail products and safely manage inventory.
• Adhere to health and safety standards and maintain salon hygiene.
• Participate in marketing support provided by the company.

• A valid cosmetology or barber license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night, weekend, and holiday flexibility for peak earning potential.
• Proficiency in cuts, fades, color, and client consultation.
• Bonus points for having an existing client book – growth support provided.
