We are seeking a talented Hair Stylist to join our team, providing customers with flawless haircuts and hairstyles and helping them to look their best! As a Hair Stylist, you will provide hair cuts using basic and advanced techniques. You’ll discuss the best products and hairstyles for each individual client’s needs and preferences. Most importantly, you will make it your goal to ensure that every customer leaves our salon feeling great about their new cut and happy with the services you provided.

• Evaluate customers’ face shape, hair features, and personal preferences to recommend appropriate haircuts and hairstyles.
• Wash hair at hair washing stations with appropriate products
• Apply hair treatment products
• Execute flawless haircuts, trims, and shaves
• Apply highlights, ombre, balayage, and other hair coloring techniques
• Provide customers with a wide range of hair styling options, from formal to casual

• Cosmetology License for 3 years or more
• Proven experience as a stylist, hairdresser, or similar role working behind the chair is required
• In-depth knowledge of hair cutting techniques and best practices
• Skilled at hair coloring, straightening, curling techniques and highlighting techniques
• Familiar with a variety of treatment products (Keune, Goldwell and Morroccan Oil color and retail preferred)
• Up-to-date with trends in fashion and beauty
