Must have New Jersey Cosmetology permit (600 hours) or New Jersey Cosmetology Licenses.

Salon Assistant/Apprentice needed in busy hair salon with multiply locations.

Advance training program for new Stylists.

Our assistant program is for anyone who has recently graduated from school with a Cosmetology permit or license. During this time you gain more knowledge, hands on experience and business education. This is mandatory for any new stylist wanting to work at either locations.

• Providing assistance in all services offered by the salon.
• Responsibilities include shampooing clients.
• Providing assistance in processing clients’ payments as needed.
• Ensuring that the salon is clean and well-maintained at all times.
• Keeping shampoo area and color bar clean and organized.
• Laundry and light cleaning.
• Work some nights till 9/9:30 and Saturdays.
