Role Overview
CNA/HHA (FT/PT) – Shift: 6:00 AM‑2:00 PM or 2:00 PM‑10:00 PM. Must be able to work every other weekend. Full and part‑time availability.
Responsibilities- Assist residents with daily ADLs.
- Help residents maintain good personal hygiene.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
- Provide routine individualized healthcare needs.
- Monitor or report changes in health status.
- Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress or problems to report.
- Discuss observations with leader.
- Record vital signs monthly such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse or respiration rate.
- Must possess a NJ CNA or HHA license.
