DescriptionWinslow CSAP is intended to work with behavioral clients.
Residential Assistants are expected to have a unique sensitivity to recognize and appropriately respond to clients who may have evidenced difficulties.
Duties- Document client observations and behaviors.
- Provide role modeling to adolescent population.
- Teach and interact with clients.
- Provide recreation and promote socialization skills.
- Observe and document progress along with identifying current or suggesting new therapeutic goals which may require attention by the treatment team.
- Carry out expected interventions.
- Keep accurate and timely records.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- H.S. Diploma or G.E.D.
- Bachelor’s degree with one year experience working with youth in a group or behavioral setting.
- High school diploma requires 1 year or more experience working with youth in a group or behavioral setting.
- Schedule:
Weekdays or Weekends Part time or On-Call shifts.
Winslow CSAP is a program of Youth Consultation Service (YCS), which is a behavioral health and social services agency that has been caring for at risk children and families since 1918 in therapeutic residences, special education schools, in-home and in-community programs throughout NJ.
