Business Office Manager
Business Office Manager is responsible for reviewing all admissions, collecting out-of-pocket expenses, managing collections, and handling RFMS/PNA and MLTSS authorizations. The role includes assisting residents with NJ Medicaid applications and yearly renewals, while collaborating closely with the Administrator and Billing team.
Preferred Requirements- Experience with MLTSS authorizations
- Experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) business office, including NJ Medicaid application process
- At least 1 year of experience in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility business office
- Experience filing NJ Medicaid applications, private pay collections, and MLTSS authorizations
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
