Hackensack Meridian Health - - - Responsibilities:
Provide patient care based on physical, psychosocial, education, safety, and related criteria appropriate to the age of patients served;
Communicate with patients, nursing colleagues, and health care team regarding patient status and care;
Obtain clinical data (temperature, pulse, respirations, blood pressure, O2 saturation) and document findings;
Draw intravenous or capillary blood and perform venipuncture with proper labeling and handling;
Perform EKGs and assist with patient transport, hygiene, and comfort care
