Compensation: $28–$38 per clinical hour (based on experience)
Flexible Outpatient Opportunity for NJ Licensed Clinicians
Social Recovery Center is seeking a Licensed LSW or LAC Therapist to provide outpatient mental health and substance use counseling on a fee-for-service basis.
This role is ideal for clinicians seeking schedule flexibility while working in a structured outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual and group therapy for adults with mental health and substance use disorders
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning
- Maintain documentation in EMR
- Participate in case consultation and team meetings
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Active NJ LSW or LAC license required
- Experience in outpatient behavioral health or substance use treatment preferred
Experience facilitating groups strongly preferred - Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Want flexible scheduling
- Are building private practice hours
- Prefer structured outpatient over solo practice
