Compensation$60,000 base + $10,000–$15,000 commission

Position OverviewThe Admissions & Outreach Coordinator will build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, schools, crisis centers, and community partners. This role involves both field-based outreach and administrative responsibilities, ensuring families receive seamless support through the admissions process.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct 20–25 in-person outreach visits per week within a 50-minute radius
- Educate community providers on behavioral health programs and appropriate referral processes
- Generate referrals by maintaining strong relationships with community partners (patients are engaged only after referral)
- Handle inbound referral calls, gather intake information, and guide families through next steps with empathy
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth intake and follow-up
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Experience in outreach, case management, or a related field preferred
- Comfort with a field-based schedule
