Mon–Thu 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Fri 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 annually (based on experience and schedule)

Social Recovery Center is seeking a Licensed LSW or LAC Therapist to provide outpatient mental health and substance use treatment in a structured, supportive clinical environment. Our team values collaboration, quality care, and clinician sustainability.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual and group therapy
- Facilitate psycho educational and process groups
- Maintain timely documentation in EMR
- Coordinate care with referral sources and providers
- Participate in team meetings and case consultation
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Active NJ LSW or LAC license required
- 2+ years experience in outpatient behavioral health or substance use treatment preferred
- Experience with co-occurring disorders strongly preferred
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, MI, trauma-informed care)
