Hackensack Meridian Health - - Responsibilities:
Greet patients and families upon arrival and direct them to the appropriate department;
Act as liaison between patients and hospital staff to communicate care information;
Monitor flow in the Emergency Department waiting area and ED entrances;
Assist with data collection and reporting on patient satisfaction;
Assist Manager in developing and updating goals and objectives for Emergency Services and participate in hospital committees
