Job Description
African Caregivers LLC is actively looking for a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a part-time contract basis. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide behavioral oversight and consultation for individuals who require Embedded Behavior Supports. We invite qualified candidates to apply and make a positive impact in our community.
Responsibilities- Oversee and provide clinical supervision for Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
- Support staff in the implementation of Positive Behavior Supports.
- Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings as necessary.
- Offer expertise in crisis prevention and behavioral consultation.
- Ensure adherence to NJ DDD Waiver requirements (Section 17.2).
- Active BCBA Certification (mandatory).
- Preferred experience with developmental disabilities and community-based supports.
- Familiarity with NJ DDD Behavioral Services standards.
- Ability to provide documentation of credentials.
We offer a competitive hourly or monthly consulting rate along with a flexible schedule.
