Our Social Services Coordinators are passionate, organized, and compassionate towards residents. You would be responsible for organizing, implementing and evaluating the Social Services program to meet the psycho-social needs of residents. This may include resident assessment, maintenance of resident records, assuring that residents are linked to the specific supportive services they need to continue living independently in the community.

Full time position/benefits eligible; 60 hours bi-weekly supporting Cantrell & Martha Lang Communities in Philadelphia.
Salary range: $24.00-$26.00 depending on experience.
What a Day In The Life May Include- Assessing resident needs based on admission social services history, resident’s health, psychological and social needs
- Promoting a positive living experience for our residents
- Ensuring confidentiality by adhering to HIPPA & all other privacy standards
- Promoting a positive work environment by collaborating with community team members
The Role , You Would Have
- 2+ years of social services experience, preferably in a senior care setting
- A Bachelor’s Degree required in social work or related program such as gerontology, psychology, or recreation therapy
- Social Services certification preferred
