  Consistent weekday afternoon hours

  Earn $25-$35 per hour with reliable pay based on your experience as an ABA Therapist or Behavior Technician

• Provide one on one, play-based ABA therapy in the child's home
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills through ABA techniques
• Collect data and track progress to help each child achieve their goals
• Work as part of a clinical team dedicated to quality behavioral health services
• Maintain accurate session notes and documentation

• A passion for working with children with autism
• Availability for weekday after school hours
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• A positive, patient, and dependable attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in further career development in ABA

• College students in Psychology, Education, or related fields
• Paraprofessionals or teacher's aides looking for a new challenge

• Individuals with experience in ABA or working with children with autism

• Current RBT certification
• Previous experience as an ABA Therapist or Behavior Technician
• Background in special education or early intervention
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles
