• Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
• ACLS and PALS
• CNOR
• Current NJ RN License
• Demonstrated clinical competence with a minimum of 3 years acute care clinical surgical services experience in Nursing
• Prior Operating Room Clinical Manager , Assistant Manager or Supervisor experience required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and motivational skills
• Critical thinking, program development and project management skills
• Skills in group facilitation and/or team building
• Ability to manage division budget required
• Knowledge ofAORN's Perioperative Standards and Recommended Practices
• Excellent verbal/written communication and customer services skills
• Demonstrates emotional maturity and ability to function effectively when under stress
