As a Full-time Cook, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our residents receive delicious and nutritious meals that cater to their dietary needs. With a focus on providing an exceptional dining experience, you'll join a team of passionate healthcare professionals who are committed to exceeding our residents' expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare food daily as outlined on the menu, ensuring that each dish is cooked to perfection and meets our high standards
• Assist with menu planning, reviewing and adjusting menus with your supervisor to ensure variety and quality
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of food to prevent contamination and waste

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a cook in a healthcare or food service setting
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, and stand for long periods
