We are seeking an experienced Lab Technologist to support laboratory studies, instrument validations, and clinical research activities within a fast-paced scientific environment. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure laboratory operations, testing procedures, and study documentation are completed accurately and efficiently while supporting new product and technology initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Coordinate and support laboratory studies, validations, and testing activities in alignment with established procedures and timelines.
- Assist with development and execution of study protocols and ensure laboratory readiness before study initiation.
- Maintain laboratory analyzers and equipment through scheduled maintenance, quality checks, and troubleshooting activities.
- Perform testing related to method comparisons, linearity studies, validation activities, and instrument performance evaluations.
- Organize and maintain study documentation, records, and electronic data to ensure accuracy, traceability, and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support logistics, study follow-up activities, and laboratory operations.
- Participate in validation and implementation of new laboratory technologies and instrumentation.
- Provide technical support, scientific input, and presentations related to laboratory processes and product initiatives.
- Monitor study progress and assist in corrective actions to support successful completion of clinical or laboratory projects.
- Support product launches and laboratory training activities as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline required.
- ASCP certification or equivalent laboratory certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of laboratory experience, preferably within hematology, coagulation, or clinical laboratory environments.
- Hands‑on experience with laboratory instrumentation, validations, correlations, and quality procedures.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage documentation, records, and multiple priorities.
- Experience working with clinical studies, laboratory protocols, or regulated environments is highly preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, laboratory staff, and external partners.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, including limited international travel.
