Duties of this position include:

• Fabricates, assembles, and repairs special equipment ( wheelchairs, positioning equipment) under the direction of the Head Technician.
• Operates all equipment, including but not limited to band saw, table saw, router, drill press, needed in the fabrication or maintenance of adaptive equipment in a safe and proper way.

The salary range for this position is $20.00 - 27.00 per hour.

Must have ( or exhibits) mechanical aptitude and knowledge of tools.

Must complete at least 10 hours of rehabilitation-specific CEU’s annually.

Experience working on power and manual wheelchairs preferred.
