We provide a wide range of nursing care and rehabilitation services for both short-term and long-term care residents. • Consistently maintains a kind, caring and respectful attitude towards residents, residents’ families, and guests.
• Sensitive to the special needs of the seniors and demonstrates a genuine, caring attitude.
• Greeting new residents and/or families upon admission.
• Greeting new guests or residents and acquainting them with the facility’s amenities.
• Following the resident throughout their stay to ensure quality of care and provide feedback to the interdisciplinary team.
• Anticipating residents needs and solving their problems.
• Ensuring rooms and common areas meet guest standards.
