• Develop and lead recreational activities, such as arts and crafts, games, and outings, that cater to patients' diverse needs and abilities.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation teams to identify patient goals and create tailored activities that support their progress.
• Promote socialization and interaction among patients through group activities and one-on-one interactions.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for recreational activities, adhering to infection control standards.
• Document patient participation and progress in recreational activities.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform tasks that require bending, standing, and walking.
