Salary: $21.40 – $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
Day Shift / Evening Shift / Weekend Availability
Alay Home Care is seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving independence and improving their quality of life. As a DSP, you will provide hands‑on assistance, emotional support, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Assist individuals with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support clients in community integration and social activities
- Administer medication (if certified)
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Implement individualized care plans
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in caregiving, healthcare, or DSP role preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
