Location: Rockleigh
Beyond Home Health Care in New Jersey seeks a Direct Support Professional to assist clients with daily living activities, implement ISP plans, and promote independence. You will provide companionship, monitor health, and help with transportation to appointments and community events.
The role requires at least a high school diploma, 18+ years of age, and a valid driver’s license. CPR/First Aid training is expected through approved providers.
