Care Companion Position
For care companions who are available on an as‑needed basis.
Responsibilities- Assist my mom with daily activities, including bathroom escorts, medication support, and meal preparation.
- Help my mom get up and assist with other daily tasks for a 97‑year‑old with moderate dementia.
- Provide assistance to my father, who has end‑stage kidney disease, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and help with accessing dialysis appointments on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
- Experience in home healthcare, particularly with dementia patients.
- Ability to assist with dialysis schedules and general care duties.
