MLR is seeking a detail‑oriented and dedicated Clinical Pharmacist to play a critical role in ensuring safe and effective medication therapy for patients. In this part‑time position, you will review and interpret physicians' orders, compound IV solutions, monitor drug therapies, and communicate closely with healthcare staff to provide essential drug information and treatment plans. Additionally, you’ll supervise pharmacy technicians and support personnel, contributing to a collaborative and high‑quality healthcare environment.
PharmacistQualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy required
- Current New Jersey Pharmacy license (or eligibility for licensure by examination or reciprocity)
- ASHP residency or equivalent hospital pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills; pharmacy computer experience is a plus
