Sunday through Saturday 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, alternating weekends and holidays , Evening/Nights

Hiring Range: $21.53 - $26.91 Hourly

High school diploma or equivalent is required

Provides quality patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Works within the guidelines of established practice for the Patient Care Assistant ports the mission, philosophy, and objectives of Hunterdon Medical Center.

• 1. Assistance with total patient care under the direction of the RN
• 3. Promotes and supports an organized work environment
• 4. Other duties as assigned

• None

• One year acute care Nursing Assistant experience.

• State Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification OR non-certified nursing assistant with acute care hospital experience required. CPR certification is required. Crisis Prevention (CPI) training is required, and must be renewed annually. If not certified upon hire, must obtain certification within 6 months. CPI Course will be provided at Hunterdon.

• Normal knowledge of basic patient care equipment, wheelchairs, and stretchers. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
