Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to our residents under the supervision of licensed nurses
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and vital signs
• Participate in developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
