Activity Aide Schedule & Benefits:
As an Activity Aide at Complete Care at Court House, you'll enjoy:

Part-time, Saturday, Sunday & Monday 9am-5pm - Daily Pay available

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as an Activity Aide or in a long-term care, healthcare, recreation, or customer service setting is preferred, but we are happy to train motivated candidates.
- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative, dependable, organized, and able to work well as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills required.
- A genuine passion for enriching the lives of seniors.
- Assist the Director of Activities in coordinating and leading daily recreational, social, and therapeutic programs.
- Encourage resident participation and provide one-on-one support during activities as needed.
- Monitor resident engagement and communicate observations to the nursing team when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and activity documentation.
- Help decorate Complete Care at Court House for holidays, seasonal events, and special celebrations.
- Prepare activity materials and ensure activity spaces remain organized and inviting.
- Support community events and special programs that enhance the resident experience.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Director of Activities or Administrator.
