Medical Surgical ​/ Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $2100 per week

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

• ASN completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New Jersey license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >40 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program:
Right Sourcing Program - Hackensack Meridian Health.

Additional Details:

Failed fit tests due to facial hair and inability to shave automatically disqualify clinicians from proceeding.

Required Skills/

Experience:

Telemetry, cardiac monitoring, EKG interpretation, assessment, monitoring, medication administration, IV therapy, wound care, post-procedural care, patient education, and discharge planning required.

Preferred Skills/

Experience:

More than 3 years of experience preferred.

Required Credentials: ASN. Telemetry. CEU Contact Stroke 4 Hours. IV.

Preferred Credentials: BSN.

Shift & Scheduling:
Every other weekend and holidays as scheduled are required. No on-call required.

Floating Requirements:
Potentially within the facility to like units, including MS/Tele units, overflow unit, or ED holds.

7 days maximum time off

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
