Behavior Technicians Needed in Middlesex County, NJ

Achievement Behavior Services is a boutique, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy agency serving children and young adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). We are currently seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians/Therapists to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Available Cases:

  • Dayton, NJ 08810
    7-year-old male | 12 hours per week
    Friday: 5:30 p.m.–7:30 p.m.
    Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

  • Perth Amboy, NJ 08861
    5-year-old male | 20 hours per week
    Monday and Wednesday: 3:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.
    Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 4:30 p.m.–8:00 p.m.
    Spanish-speaking provider required.

  • Iselin, NJ 08830
    9-year-old male | 10 hours per week
    Friday: 4:00 p.m.–6:30 p.m.
    Saturday: 9:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m.

  • Edison, NJ 08817
    7-year-old male | 20 hours per week
    Monday: 4:15 p.m.–7:00 p.m.
    Wednesday: 5:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.
    Friday: 4:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.
    Saturday: 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
    Please note that there are dogs in the home.

Qualifications:

  • Education or experience in ABA, psychology, special education, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, human services, or a related field

  • Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities

  • RBT certification is preferred but not required

  • Strong communication, punctuality, and responsiveness

  • Compassionate, engaging, creative, and adaptable approach

  • Ability to collect data and complete accurate progress notes
