Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician to join our team in Flanders, NJ. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a crucial role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Our team is committed to delivering high-quality care and support, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for making a difference.
Responsibilities- Provide ABA therapy and behavioral support to children with ASD in home and school settings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our team of clinicians
- Collect and analyze data to assess progress and inform treatment decisions
- Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions and support
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of session notes, progress reports, and billing information
- Competitive compensation up to $30/hour!
- Earned paid time off, medical, dental, and vision for staff working at least 30 hours per week
- Flexible full-time or part-time schedules available (15 – 40 hours/week)
- Mileage reimbursement and limited travel for in-home services by matching you with clients within a 15-mile radius of your home.
- Free RBT Training Course!
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Experience working with children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with individuals with ASD
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Monday-Friday after 3pm
