This role centers on general outpatient orthopedic care with some neuro and balance-focused patients. A typical caseload includes individuals recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative joint procedures, sports-related conditions, and chronic pain, as well as patients with gait instability, neurologic diagnoses, and fall-risk concerns.

The clinic expects therapists to manage a high visit volume with more than 14–16 visits per day when needed and at least 80 completed visits per week. This environment is well-suited for physical therapists who take pride in efficient scheduling, strong time management, and the ability to maintain productivity while still delivering thoughtful, individualized care. Daily responsibilities include performing comprehensive evaluations, developing and updating plan-of-care documents, delivering therapeutic exercise programs, manual therapy interventions, neuromuscular re-education, and balance training tailored to each patient's functional goals.

You will educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long-term wellness strategies. Clear, accurate documentation in the clinic's EMR is an important part of the role, and you will coordinate with referring physicians and other members of the care team to adjust treatment plans as needed. Your schedule will consist of five 8-hour day shifts each week, totaling approximately 40 hours, with no on-call requirements.

Patient flow is structured to keep the day focused and predictable, allowing therapists to plan sessions, documentation, and follow-up appointments effectively.
