Royal Community Support in Vernon, NJ seeks a Self Directed Employee (SDE) with LPN experience to assist one individual with companionship and community activities, including nature outings and a book club.
The SDE will support everyday tasks such as medication, GI tube care, and bathroom assistance. Twice weekly, 9am–12pm, $35/hour; requires 18+, HS diploma, valid driver's license, reliable car, background check and drug screen.
