Salary Range - $53,000 - $56,000

General Summary
The Program Manager, Family Connects NJ (FCNJ) supervises program support specialists and coordinates the enrollment of eligible families in the FCNJ program. Assist with hospital partnerships through bedside recruitment and multidisciplinary team referrals. Works in collaboration with FCNJ team leadership.

Essential Functions
Contribute to The Cooperative’s commitment to equity and continuous quality improvement that align with the agency’s mission, goals, and advancement. Effectively cross-collaborate with agency staff, leaders, and board members to foster a comprehensive approach of information sharing, working committees, and collective representation. Routinely disseminate relevant information, presentations, trainings, and learning opportunities for internal program and agency staff. When applicable, will participate in relevant staff development opportunities (trainings, summits, conferences, etc.)

to increase skill development, elevate program goals, and engage staff members with timely key learnings. Supervises FCNJ Program Support Specialist team, with input from the Director of Nurse Home Visitation. Approves and signs off on monthly expense reports, bi-weekly time sheets, and PTO requests. Completes staff performance reviews for the evaluation process with input from Director of Nurse Home Visitation.

Coordinates orientation for new FCNJ staff. Coordinates staff education, training and the implementation of new program directives, with the Director of Nurse Home Visitation. Conducts quality reviews including review of documentation.…
