Role Overview
We are seeking a Lead Medical Science Liaison based in Whippany, NJ, to promote and advance the clinical development of genitourinary oncology drugs. This role involves providing strategic pharmacological support to research programs and disseminating pharmacologic data related to our genitourinary oncology drug portfolio, including uses, selection, dosage, interactions, dispensation, administration, and side effects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop pharmacological content and deliver presentations to healthcare providers and medical stakeholders.
- Mentor junior Medical Science Liaisons.
- Develop and execute scientific engagement plans across academic and community-based healthcare institutions.
- Support clinical trial activities, including investigator identification, feasibility assessments, study initiation, and trial support.
- Collect, document, and communicate actionable medical insights from healthcare professionals to internal teams for clinical strategy development.
- Prepare and deliver scientific presentations to healthcare providers on clinical trial data, drug mechanisms of action, safety, and therapeutic usage.
- Utilize data analytics platforms and/or omnichannel engagement tools to track stakeholder engagement and tailor scientific interactions.
- Participate in advisory boards, scientific meetings, and/or cross-functional strategy sessions with medical, commercial, and/or clinical operations teams.
- Master's degree in Pharmacy or a closely-related medical field.
- 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
- Ability to travel up to 70% within the US.
- Telecommuting is permitted from a home office location anywhere in the US.
