Follow the established plan of care as defined by the supervising Physical Therapist;
Instruct and aid patients in active and passive exercise, gait, functional activities, ADL, transfer, safety, and prosthetic training;
Observe, record, and report patient responses and changes to the supervising PT/nurse/physician;
Coordinate care with other members of the healthcare team;
Educate patient, family, caregiver, and health-care team in therapy within the PTA scope
