Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist individuals with IDD in daily living, community participation, and behavioral support. You’ll help with ADLs, skills building, and promoting independence within home and community settings.
Starting pay ranges from $23/hour (non-acuity) to $33/hour (acuity), plus a $1,000 signing bonus paid after meeting hours targets. We offer flexible schedules, weekly pay, paid training, and growth opportunities in a mission-driven team.
