Therapist – Substance Use, Co‑occurring, Mental Health (6 positions available)

Locations:
Cape May Court House, NJ;
Sewell, NJ;
Morristown, NJ;
Elmer, NJ.

The Therapist provides individual and group counseling focused on recovery and mental wellness, collaborates with Acenda team members to deliver evidence‑based mental health services, supports students in conflict resolution and mediation, and partners in shaping and enhancing recovery‑focused programs.

• Provide individual and group recovery‑focused counseling.
• Collaborate with Acenda team members to implement evidence‑based mental health services.
• Support students in conflict resolution and/or conflict mediation as needed.
• Serve as a key partner in providing input into the delivery of recovery services.

• New Jersey CADC or LCADC in good standing.
• New Jersey LPC, LAC, LCSW, LSW in good standing.
• Prior experience in a recovery‑oriented program preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and EMR systems.
• Ability to take initiative, be creative, dependable, reliable, and work well independently.
• Ability to analyze work, set goals, develop plans, and utilize time effectively and efficiently.
• Professionalism and a commitment to excellence in care.
• Valid driver’s license, use of an insured vehicle, and acceptable driving record.

Base Pay: $45.00 per hour. Bilingual Rate: an additional $1.50 per hour for Spanish proficiency.
