Overview
Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN Salem County at Autumn Lake, Salem, NJ. $55-58/hour. Ultimate Therapy is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide rehabilitation services focused on improving resident independence, safety, and daily function.
Responsibilities- Perform occupational therapy evaluations and treatments
- Address ADLs, upper extremity function, coordination, and adaptive equipment training
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support resident care goals
- Maintain compliant documentation and treatment records
- Active OT license required
- Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
