This part-time opportunity is perfect for those with expertise in school-based and pediatric speech-language services, as well as healthcare-related SLP experience. You'll be supporting students in an educational setting near East Hanover, NJ, ensuring they reach their full potential in communication and academic achievement.
This contract covers the period from September 22, 2026, through April 19, 2027. You’ll work a part-time schedule of 6 hours a day, 12 hours a week, which can complement your work-life balance while providing essential services.
Qualifications &Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Active state license to practice as an SLP
- Demonstrated experience in school settings and pediatric populations
- Strong clinical, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic educational environments
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver direct and consultative SLP services to students in both individual and group settings
- Maintain detailed and timely student progress documentation in accordance with school and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
- Participate in eligibility, IEP, and team meetings as required
- Foster a supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning atmosphere
Compensation for this position ranges from $47.13 to $67.13.
