Hackensack Meridian Health - - Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse as part of the interdisciplinary team;
Assist with a variety of patient, unit and environment-related tasks to promote safety and comfort;
Obtain clinical data such as temperature, pulse, respirations, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation and document findings in patient records;
Perform venipuncture and collect specimens, including phlebotomy and lab specimen labeling;
Assist with patient transportation and meal assistance as needed
