Activity Aide responsibilities:

Assisting with planning and leading daily recreational activities
Encouraging resident participation and engagement
Supporting residents during group and one-on-one activities
Helping set up and clean up activity areas
Documenting resident involvement and feedback

Activity Aide qualifications:

A warm, friendly personality and a passion for working with seniors
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is a plus
