We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Rehabilitation Department. As an OTA, you will play a vital role in helping our patients recover from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries by providing individualized therapies that focus on daily living skills, mobility, and cognitive development.

• Assist Occupational Therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients

• Conduct occupational therapy sessions, including exercises, activities, and interventions to promote patient progress

• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the occupational therapist

• Participate in interprofessional team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient treatment sessions and progress

• High School Diploma or equivalent required;
  Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred

• Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) in the state of New Jersey

• Minimum 1 years of experience as an OTA; prior experience in a long-term care setting a plus
