Job Summary This position is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end contracting documentation and payment process for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). overseeing the end-to-end contracting documentation and payment process for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). This effort is in direct support of the company's obligation for compliance in the areas of aggregate spend and transparency reporting to the government, with the goal of ensuring these activities are managed properly, following the compliance and legal standards for each country while delivering the highest quality customer service for both our internal and external stakeholders/HCPs.

This position will have sole responsibility of understanding, reviewing, and following all Programs and Grants Committee (PGC) HCP guidelines and regulations including, managing HCP contracting and HCP payment processing; will serve as the subject matter expert and key business partner for all internal and external client-facing activities including global team members and HCPs This position requires the ability to apply independent judgment and critical thinking skills to address difficult issues and translate into workable solutions.

Job Description Responsibilities HCP Contracting:
Manage all HCP requirements and a subject matter expert in all US, and non-US HCP guidelines, educating the business to ensure guidelines and HCP contractual requirements are followed. Efficiently execute consultant contracts in compliance with all US and Non-US policy guidelines, working closely with US and Global regions to promptly address inquiries related to the HCP guidelines, encompassing everything from compliance approvals to contracting Collaborate effectively with various colleagues, offering guidance on contracting and policy guidelines, while fostering strong relationships and serving as a key point of contact Collaborate with the M&E Team to execute and oversee the contracting process for all HCP meetings.

Oversee the contracting process and travel requirements (where applicable) for all One Time Consultant Engagements Ensure HCP’s have an established FMV and have met screening requirements prior to initiating contracting Verify HCP’s have not reached their allowable annual cap spend and if so, escalate to manager for further discussion as needed Ensure that the collection of all HCP (Healthcare Provider) data is precise and securely stored within the designated HCP software tool Partner with Legal Contract Specialists as necessary to manage interactions with HCP’s/Institutions related to redlines, changes, and updates to HCP contracts HCP Invoice & Payment Process:
Responsible for managing and reviewing all HCP Invoices and expenses for accuracy, identifying discrepancies, collaborating with business stakeholders, advising necessary next steps to resolve any of the discrepancies and variances from contract to payment, and engaging legal and compliance when necessary to resolve discrepancies to ensure all Transfer of Value (government reporting) is accurate and timely.
