Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)to join our rehabilitation team and support residents in improving mobility, strength, and overall independence under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Currently hiringfor Perdiem.

• Provide physical therapy treatments under PT supervision in accordance withstate guidelines

• Assistin implementing individualized treatment plans based on patient needs

• Monitor and accurately document patient progress

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to supportoptimaloutcomes

• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program (Associate’s or Bachelor’sdegree) recognized by APTA

• Active state PTA license/registration as required

• Perform therapeutic exercises and mat treatments

• Transport patients as needed
