Join a growing PBM as a Clinical Pharmacist – Formulary Management, helping shape formulary strategy, evaluate new medications, and support clinical programs that improve outcomes while managing pharmacy costs. This is a great opportunity for a PharmD with PBM or health plan experience to make an impact beyond traditional pharmacy practice.

• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Hybrid schedule

• You’ll work closely with clinical leadership and the P&T Committee to evaluate new and existing medications, support formulary and prior authorization strategies, monitor the evolving drug pipeline, and assess the impact of clinical programs. You’ll also serve as a pharmacy subject matter expert across the organization, partnering with clinical, analytics, client management, and sales teams.

• Active NJ Pharmacist License
• Experience with in a PBM, health plan, or pharmacy benefit consulting company.
• Experience analyzing raw prescription data
• Experience working with a P&T Committee and/or Formulary Management
