Were looking for a Medical
Billing Specialist to support our billing department and help ensure a positive, efficient financial experience for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, eager to learn, and excited to grow within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Local presence:
Must be able to commute to our Manalapan, New Jersey office.

• Support a solution-focused and collaborative billing environment,
• Support the billing cycle including claim submission, payment posting, claim follow-up, and resolution support,
• Accurately verify prospective and current client information and insurance,
• Ensure timely and accurate insurance claim processing and payment posting,
• Process client payments and maintain up-to-date financial records,
• Assist with billing issues such as coordination of benefits, insurance terminations, claim follow-up, and recoupments, with opportunities to grow into more complex billing responsibilities over time,
• Maintain billing documentation, insurance aging reports, and billing-related tracking,
• Support provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes,
• Respond to client and staff billing questions with clarity, professionalism, and empathy,
• Collaborate with the billing team and leadership to support smooth workflows and continuous improvement,
• Ensure compliance with billing procedures, carrier requirements, and HIPAA regulations,
• Support ongoing billing initiatives and process improvements across the department.

Experience: 13+ years of medical billing experience preferred

Insurance knowledge: Experience with electronic insurance processing required. Familiarity with commercial insurance, Medicare, credentialing, payer processes, ICD-10 and CPT codes preferred. Training and support provided for continued growth.

Communication: Friendly, confident, and professional in person, on the phone, and via email.

$2527 per hour depending on experience and qualifications

• 8:30am to 4:30pm (8-hour shift) in-person.
