• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Experience providing physical therapy within a school or pediatric healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of pediatric developmental milestones and school-based therapy practices
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and other team members
• Ability to write clear, actionable consult notes and recommendations

• Conduct consultative visits once a month to assess student needs and progress
• Collaborate with school staff and families to suggest strategies for student mobility and participation in the classroom
• Provide recommendations for adaptive equipment and modifications when needed
• Serve as a trusted resource on best practices in pediatric and school-based therapy
• Document consult outcomes and provide written reports outlining goals and interventions
